Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of every week. Wednesdays are stroke clinic days which are devoted to technique. Practice times are staggered so please see below for when your child has to be at practice.
Ages 9 & UP- 9:30-10:30
8 & under swimmers- 10:00 -11:00
Intros: 10:15-11:00
Minnows: 10:30-11:00
